    Thunderbolt 5 ignition. Looks like you have an MPI engine, which is a different beast than the standalone systems... But you say you have a traditional coil?

    Shift interrupt is from negative coil through switch to ground. No power.

    Sounds fine. it only grounds the ignition. Just activate the switch, if your engine stalls it works.

    Vortec, 4bbl. Should be 50hp, but 200# weight hit. I'll be probably getting a 4 blade prop at some point and will likely drop, but I'm pretty much where I should be most of the time. Still 4600 with 3-4 on board. I still haven't had a chance to see how it pulls me on a slalom ski...

    Just curious. Still haven't gotten the performance I expected after my 3.7l --> 4.3l upgrade. It's a touch faster on the top with better mid range. Me + full tank gets me 48-49 mph @ 46-4700 rpm. Today out with about 1000# extra people/gear (6 real people, 2 kids) and topped out at 42 mph @ 4300...
