    Since you ran it twice you also may have rubber pieces stuck up in your head plugging up passage ways. Pray when you open the pump you don't having missing parts.

    If you still have it see if it's separates. Probably needs pressure testing. Might want to wait until spring if you can't pull the lower and get it into a heated space.

    Pull all of the plugs and ground the spark plugs or put a multi port spark tester. Now do the compression test.
