    1994 150 after few minutes it's like you turn key off let cool for 5 min and will go another few min and repeat

    try a electronic cooling spay on various suspect compoments. if extra cooling fixes it then you found the flaky component. inverted can of keyboard spray may work and not $$$$

    well if electricals are ok compression is ok then fuel starvation seems likely have you tried hand pumping it to see if it it will keep going check for air leaks suction side. , tank pick up clean ?? carb was clean job done how exactly.....??? spray wash or full take apart...

    the cam follower or roller should just line up on the mark on the Cam with the throttle handle on START . if not loosen the 2 bolt hold the cam under the FW and adjust accordindly.

    you have circuits which have voltage flowing via blocking diodes and diode do cause voltage drops so a 1volt drop does not seems exhorbitant as long as any associated connection is solid..btw diode can be affected by heat and cause an increase in voltage drop which may mess things up...

    ok if TT works and the engine does not then that clears up the main power into the PDP power seems that cooling down brings it back to life.... one method you can try is to excelerate (reduce) the cooling of suspect components. A can of cooling refrigerant from the local electronics shop...
