    Your mounts will be good, should not have to change. Only adjustment will be the up/down of the front mount

    How do you know it's flooding and not just dying? So long as its not the RFI model I would check compression and if good get into the carb

    MAP sensor will not put motor in limp mode BTW when you set the timing did you jump pins A and B to put it in base timing mode?
