    welcome aboard what troubleshooting have you done? check your power steering system for oil turn the pump, if it doesnt turn easy, rebuild the pump (rebuild kit is $14)

    drop a bit of stiff 5/16" tubing thru the top vent on the toon log portion. with the tubing at the low point (best you can figure on the trailer) up against a the lower corner of the aft baffle, take a rag, an air nozzle and your hand. put the air nozzle to the hole (with the tube coming out)...

    sender should be on block port just to the left or port of the distributor. switch should be on the oil pump housing boss, in one of the two ports there.

    go to your local radiator shop. they all weld aluminum cheap pay them $35 (yes, $35) to weld up the skeg (just pull the plug when they weld to not blow the seals out) dress the welds yourself

    that is why the 351 cam in the 351 and 302HO has a different firing order than the standard 302. similar to the 4/7 cylinder swap on Big Block Chevys, the cylinder double swap leads to slightly better fuel distribution and a few ponies more

    agree, on a repower, get a heat exchanger. with an alpha drive, you can only do the half system unless you add a crank mounted pump

    If you have voltage on the starter relay coil, and incoming voltage on the starter relay and no outgoing voltage. The relay contacts are probably bad

    The 2-wire ignition sensor mentioned in post #4 is more probable than a bad coil. And a simple trouble shooting guide exists to test the system (also linked in post #4)
