    take threaded bolt (I believe 7/16" and shove up in valve, work back and forth pulling down. make mess in bilge stand on head and drive in new valve drink beer.

    I would change the bypass to a 30 psi unit. takes about 2 minutes to swap the bypass valve. 5 if you have a beer first.
