    agree, if its added on, there will be powerder coated aluminum or stainless supports. if its molded as part of the hull, then you will have a sleeker look. that means either get to making a mold and making the swim step while grafting it onto the boat, or look to buy a pre-made, add-on.

    Non issue. You can't generate enough vacuum at enough volume to ever have it be an issue. If you had a 300hp diesel powered vacuum pump, the most you would do is collapse the hose

    they all use the same 10 pin connector. the wiring is the easiest part of the swap.

    are you talking the 6 transom bolts that bolt the shield to the transom, or the 6 bolts that bolt the drive to the bellhousing? transom bolts us 5200 on the inside to seal the 6 holes. no seals or sealant on the 6 bellhousing bolts.
