    Don't see a slight change with Dizzy causing your issue. The slight bit of gas makes me wonder if your injectors are spraying correctly. It might be that the TPS needs to be adjusted. When its unplugged the voltage goes higher so motor gets more gas. It doesn't do it so much when warmed up...

    RTV is used only in the bottom corners of the intake gasket and bead along valley, it should not go around the intake port

    Don't know of any test. Very high chance its the intake. Its either the intake or head gasket, so the intake has to come off first That is, if the motor has not been dieseling or something else is going on

    Nothing special, remove and replace My question would be what caused it to start leaking, for it to leak is rare. Wonder if its a cracked cover, but hey can be seen once balancer is removed

    Unplug the Bat charger Disconnect one of the Bats Negative lead See if the same crank situation happens, and if it does reconnect the one and disconnect the other and try again Once you know which Bat does it, swap the Bats location or its leads to find out if its the Bat or the Bat switch
