    Prop Question

With a 2.15 it just means there is more slip Think of it this way. If the motor is in neutral and the motor is reved up, it takes next to no fuel to do that. Put a lower pitch prop on and the rpms go up but there is less load so no more fuel used, and maybe a bit less from no working so...

    Prop Question

Rule of thumb is 19P 4blade = 21P 3blade Don't know the gear ratio but the prop slip is bad. Using 2.5:1 ratio it showing 45% slip Might want to try a 14.8 diameter 17P 3blade

Aqua Power 95001 Heavy Duty Docking Light upgrades?

Light is good but don't need aircraft landing lights. Car headlights are 2k to 4k lumens, and a boat doesn't "need" that much

For the most part it doesn't matter Remove all plugs, piston should be below TDC. Install stop tool and rotate crank until it comes in contact. Mark damper location Rotate crank in reverse rotation until until it contacts again. Mark damper location. Center position between the 2 marks is TDC

    Mercruiser 3.0 Fuel Issues

It has 2 functions but the first iss for safety. It keeps fuel from being able to siphon fuel from the tank if a fuel line breaks. The other side it should keep fuel from going back to the tank, but then again the fuel pup should help in that effort

    Mercruiser 3.0 Fuel Issues

Need clarification There needs to be a tube that goes down to the bottom of the fuel tank. If the fitting is removed and there is no tube, then check the tube is not part of the tank. If there is no tube which goes to the bottom of the tank then that is a problem Antisiphon valve

    Mercruiser 3.0 Fuel Issues

Good deal If you have a regular marine fuel pump which is motor driven off the side of the block, would like to know which one. Don't remember if you gave us your serial number, but some pumps need 2 gaskets to keep the pressure down to 7 psi or less With it emptying, need the pump type model...

If the smug mark by the pin is zero, and the intake valve had closed prior to bringing it around the last 180* then looks great
