    Stop, read the manual Fork remains Pull 6 bolts from PDS clamp. Use 3 of them in the threaded holes to jack off the clamp Remove motor and PDS aas a unit. Then remove the 6 nuts from the studs and pull the transom bracket from behind the boat

    what it was 15 years ago shouldnt matter. why hasnt it had any hours on it since 2008 should matter. most boats get 30-70 hours on them the first year.
