    The 1-5/16" socket for flywheel.-----You will also need a thin wall 5/16"-12 point socket for rod bolts.--Proper puller for flywheel using 3 bolts 5/16-NF thread.

    ???---That would be the intake manifold.-----Powerhead must be removed to do the repair work !

    Look at the carburetor bowl carefully.----The high speed jets screw in from the side.----The low speed jets are screwed into the bowl from the top !

    There was a change in top driveshaft spline at end of 1988 production year.-----There was a change to a different engine block in 1986 I believe.

    If pistons are scored with grooves in cylinder a rebore with o/s pistons must be done.

    No need to.----Simple trouble shooting must be done.-----Trouble shooting is very simple but difficult to teach.----If compression is at 70 / 80 PSI the motor needs to come apart for rebuilding !!

    Nonsense------The oil pump does not pump enuff oil to fill the carburetor as the carburetor is running empty !!!!

    Agreed------New stuff is for the " easy spending folks"-------This new stuff in 4 stroke outboards or electric cars is for the well to do.-------Very enjoyable , smooth and quiet , but not cheap.
