    as long as you trained the block. the water not coming out of the one port is an issue. remove the adapter from the block and probe with a stiff wire.

    the factory wiring for the engine to the key switch is in the factory mercruiser manual. however the wiring colors are standard and the wiring color to function is in the electrical stickies. check voltage at your switch as indicated in post #4

    use a sharpie and draw a line across your prop and the shaft then go for a ride. bet the line does not match up when you get back.

    per the manual. change engine oil and filter drain the block and manifolds and hoses you are now winterized of you want to add antifreeze, use a funnel and introduce to the block/heads/manifolds via the hoses at the thermostat housing

    the big J hose and the hoses running to the coolers need to be drained yes, you need to use a good PG AF and leave in the engine. if you have a brand new engine, why did you not install a heat exchanger?
