    I would think up If the marks are 100% top and bottom then even up both sides just slightly. If its a bit off to one side then one side more then the other

    The 5V Ref has to be 5V or the motor will not run. Any of the sensors can cause the issue. If its still low, start disconnecting sensors until the voltage comes back up. Your battery voltage is low. At 12.3V the charge is only 70%. Full charge is 12.7V

    Is this a new to you boat or just a new problem? If new problem and didn't have the problem last season, do a compression test. Also use a spark gap tester and check spark on each plug
