    Turn the battery switch OFF or disconnect it. Disconnect the orange wire from the ALT and make sure it doesn't contact anything. Reconnect the battery and then touch the wire back to the ALT post and see if you get a small spark. If you do then ALT is the issue If no spark, with everything...

    Are you sure its the radio draining the bat? Other things can cause a drain, maybe the alternator or key switch is not fully shutting off. If the ALT has a bad diode it will charge when running and cause a drain when off.

    Most radios don't run off the key, they are hard wired. Also most radios don't draw enough to drain a battery over a few hours. Does it have a amp?

    Need the pump redone again or there is a restriction between the drive and cool fuel. The water coming around the muffs is more on the starboard is more then the port. Could be at the transom, or hose kink from bell housing to transom

    Yes, google Delco EST and then find the marine kit Find the AC Delco kit, not the Sierra. Sierra may work and last just fine, but in my opinion, I try to stay away from Sierra

    Agree Get another tach because the one in the boat is off If your using the speeometer then that is also off, need a GPS or app for your phone Do a compression test because you may also have low power

    Might be starving for fuel. When it does it, go to the gas cap and open it and listen for air being sucked in. If you hear air then the tank vent line is clogged and the fuel pump is drawing a vacuum Can also look down the throat of the carb and pump the throttle to see if you see gas squirt in

    Dieseling is the sign of running rich. Pull some plugs and see if there not real black.
