    How did it start for you last year ?-----And agreed , you may have to investigate timing the recoil starter.------The sheave has an oval groove to make operation of recoil easier.-----Is motor on a boat or a flimsy stand ?

    I consider the compression to be LOW.----So either your gauge is bad or there are motor issues there.----Have you looked at pistons / rings through the bypass covers , yes , no or no idea how that is done ?

    Why are you talking about " single props " verses " duo props " on this topic?-----I had no trouble running twin engines ( right hand rotation ) and have never had a counter rotating set-up.----And I would not want one either !!
