    Zero flex there I tilted up and hanged with my weight, there was no movement at all, also the trim motor had no signs of any oil leak.

    My outboard has 4 stop screws, I have identified 3 of them that are in the manuals I have, a Service manual and the Seloc, but there is a 4th one I don't see in this manuals, so I'm wondering if this screw was added not in the design intent of this mechanism. see the picture below.

    How can I make my Tracker 40 HP faster?

    About the trim position, make trials in different possitions, I always used the same position in my boat and got 25- 26 MPH out of my 50 HP outboard, just by changing the trim possition to 1 higher place it jumped to 29 MPH, it was a quick easy fix, but something I didn't tried in 18 years...

    Hello does anyone knows what this screw is for? I don't see it in the service manual that I have, the issue with this screw is that when trying to push full throttle it hits the bar in the picture and the carburetor can't go WOT, is this screw from design, how come I doesn't show on the manual?

    This is the plan now, I got a friend with one of those laser printers he offered to help me, my doubts are in what material to use, the one I purchased online had very little specifications just said automotive gaskets, once arriving I will see if the material looks good.
