    Drill small holes back side of transom (where bilge is) near drain and pray no crap comes out, especially WATER.

    start by checking fluids in pump. If full and clear, disconnect rams near prop and manually raise and lower OD. Actuate the pump and listen for sound. I suspect one or both rams are sticking and need rebuilding.

    looks like it has sensor/gauge system to turn on blower fan if fumes in bilge are detected. Locate sensor in bilge and hold butane lighter under while buddy watches helm light and listens to blower fan to come on.

    Laborious but a swap can be accomplished. However, if you find a good auto block, it must be converted to perform in a marine environment. I suggest finding a good core and pay to have a local shop rebuild it to a marine engine. Just my 2 cents....
