    I agree with Race....could be unburnt fuel and water. I put it on a vacuum for 10 minutes at 12 lbs. Vacuum tool screws into the oil drain port.

    Yes it's low. Enrichen the idle mixture screw a quarter turn cc and see if that helps.

    You need those special nylon ties....the ones that are more rounded. It won't come off again. I'm pretty sure Racer mentioned that.

    If that crank seal was bad you'd have running issues. I think you need to go run that motor hard somewhere. Burn it out.

    Going to get rid of a bunch of test props but I can't figure out what this one fits... Thought it was a 9.9 to 15 JohnnyRude but while the shaft fits the hub doesn't go up inside. These are the casting numbers, anyone know?

    You don't need to pierce the wire in there. You slide your pick in-between the wire and the wire cover until you hit the metal connector. I would think the sensor would ground out internally not in the body of the sensor but I could be wrong. Did you check both sensors?
