    I replaced the needle, because I dropped it,bent the tip of it, replacement was an nos OMC needle

    Upper crankcase seal has been replaced,thing is it ran well late last summer, only thing I did was, replace the LS needle and fuel pump

    Well I popped the Welch plug out previously cleaned out the drip holes in front of the low speed needle perhaps I need to do that again maybe there's some dirt in there or something I've had that carb apart 3-4 x

    Yeah , somebody converted it to a long shaft motor at one point, I've already ordered a standard/short driveshaft,so I need a 5 in shorter shift rod than the one I have now correct? What about the water tube? The one that's on it now has a coupler AKA a hose between the two copper tubes
