Ok ,it seems to not spin freely in the bushing, replaced the needle with a brand new one,cuz the old one was loose and vibrated completely out,that's why I considered using epoxy on the bushing

Hey guys I got the broken needle out, had to drill a hole in the Welch plug chamber, and use a very small punch and knocked it out reassembled the carb with an oem kit ,runs great now!! Plugged up the hole with JB weld steel stick
They sound like their pretty good engines,I picked this one up for 40$ resealed the gear case,new impeller, carburetor kit,new OEM needle,and a used hood, because it was missing,got it to run with the new needle,but wouldn't idle down properly

Yes I understand what you're saying,it's just an experiment,to see it it'll work,am going to buy a new propeller, definitely don't need anything happening with the gear set, that's pretty pricey!!
