Are your Working or are you Driving? The Human Brain is Not very good at Multi Tasking. Don't say you are, as that would be simply an Over Inflated Ego

    Knocking when turning

The first instance sounded like Bad U-joints. Did you test the Joints movements for any Binding or Tightness once you had it out, or did you just start hammering away at the Bearing? The Gimbal Bearing has a specific Location to sit. If you managed to drive it from its Rubber Mount, it is likely...

    75 evinrude 9.9 not firing

You might as well Break the Electrode Off, and it is unlikely the Gap between the Center Electrode and the Wall is even that wide/ Get a Spark Gap Tester(damn, can't post a pic of it) Get some wire, a block of wood, a couple of screws and you can make one.

82 psi sounds a bit low. Good Spark? Can it jump a Gap of 7/16"? If not, the Spark is Not Good

    Knocking when turning

Oh, I was thinking the Shaft with the U-Joints wasn't going in. If the Gimbal Bearing itself won't go in, is it the correct Bearing? Has the Grommet It fits in, properly seated? Older I/Os where the Gimbal Bearings were Greased via a Tube from an External Grease Fitting, could have had...

The Tech on the XT5 is actually easy to use and understand, but some I think are Useless and Never use. Those are Nav System, Apple Play, Onstar, and that pay Radio thing, kept getting annoying Texts/Emails, and Snail Mail from the last two for over a Year.

Put Grease only on the Splines. Grease on the end of the Shaft could prevent the Shaft from full Insertion

On my STS the Traction/Stability Control was on one side of the Gearshift, on the other side was the 4 way Flasher. This car has the AWD and Traction/Stability Control Buttons next to the Shifter. At least the STS Shift Lever could be used for Manual up/down shifting. The XT5, only has some...

    Are these power packs interchangeably?

Looking on the Marine Engine Dot Com, site, neither of them update to any Shared Part#. Close #wise, doesn't mean Close to the Same. In reality, Close is only valid with Horseshoes, Grenades, and Nuclear Weapons

Engine, Carb or Prop? need suggestions or ideas please.

Marine Carbs are generally Calibrated richer than a Street Legal Carb, as the Engines they are on, run under a completely different Operating Parameter.

On my Caddy, a lot of the Controls(HVAC and Entertainment) are Physical, but also available on the Touch Screen. Physical Controls are way less Distracting than the Damn Screen, thus Safer

No, the Cost of AC is Cheap for the Comfort it provides. I would keep my house at 18C(64F) year round, plus have addition Dehumidifiers running(I like it really really Dry.)

Nothing in front showing where the Tires are in relation to the Hoist Ramps, and nothing that indicates you are still centered, as you drive Forward. As for backing in to Parking Stalls, I usually try to find a Stall where I can drive thru to the Next Stall, that way I can leave going Forward...

Turn the Key, it it doesn't catch and run, give it a bit of Throttle. Unless you are boating in sub-freezing Temps, the Motor isn't going to cool down too much in an hour. If it still doesn't want to run, try a bit of Choke, with the Throttle still advanced If still no Joy, the Engine needs some...
