    Bilge sump question

I have a 1997 wellcraft 190ccf center console. It has a sump area where the bilge pump lives. It's sealed with epoxy substance but I noticed water enters from the left side of the sump depression. Looks like its by design unless someone says otherwise. Not sure if that's intentional or if i...

    Yamaha 130 hp idle adjust

Just fired up new to me 2001 yamaha 130 hp 2 stroke. Rebuilt the carbs, new fuel pump, new spark plugs. I started it on the muffs at my house. Idle is low 5 to 600 rpm. I left the 4 idle mixture screws at current setting when I redid the carbs. I checked the roller cam pickup point is in spec...

    Wellcraft 190 ccf

I have a 1997 wellcraft 190ccf center console. In the bilge at the aft end bottom of the boat is a oval depression about 1 inch deep which is where the bilge pump sits. This area is covered with a hard waxy looking sealant. I noticed a little water in that depressed area and as I dry it up more...

Do you have a brand name and model of the straps you like for the transom? Or picture? I already installed a true bow tie down.

    Boat buckle tie down location

If you zoom in you'll see the issue with the bimini top location. I guess I could thread a gun wale strap under the bimini top but it adds a degree of extra step to do that

    Boat buckle tie down location

The problem is there is no beam at the end of the trailer (,other than the 1 that holds the rollers). I agree vertical would be best. The bracket that holds the tailight would be great but that's just a thin piece of bolt on metal not structural. I'd use a gun wale strap but my bimini top gets...

Yamaha 130 2 stroke oil injection question

Ready to put my 2001 130 v4 into use. It sat for a year or so. I've rebuilt the carbs and noticed the injection oil is present at the individual outlets in the intake manifold. Does thus suggest the system is ready to go? I've tested the level sensors and they work fine and also confirmed the...

    Water separetor question

Might be a stupid question but does the fuel water separator do a good job at filtering out particles from the boats built in fuel tank?

Pretty sure that's just the built up sealant cracking

    Outboard install question

Getting ready to install a new to me yamaha 130 hp 2 stroke on my wellcraft 190ccf center console. Lower bolt holes have these thick square metal plates on the inside (ignore the thin plate with 2 screws used to hold the bolt head when tightening. Think it's OK to leave the square plates as they...
