Oil pressure sender goes in the oil galley plug at the back of the china wall. The water temp sender goes in the intake

Did you replace the fitting on the H frame swivel?
Did you replace the O-ring at the bottom of the H frame pivot tube?
When running on muffs, are you plugging the lower pickup
With any new to you boat, do all the maintenance that the prior owner didn't do.
Iboats sells impellers and pump kits and any other maintenance items. And as racerone pointed out, so does your local dealer
10 volts is a dead battery, too dead to keep ignition.
Remember, a battery at 12 volts is dead. my guess your alternator died or something else happened, and you kept running
