    if your pontoon is 32', your motor will hang past a bit and the structure of the trailer in the front will project forward. the boat may actually be longer than 32' and as Roscoe stated, you will be over 40' with a 32' pontoon on a trailer.

    pour in foam is your choice however from the inside, I would pop it out, then with a big deadblow hammer, dent it outward a bit to stretch the metal in the outward direction prior to foaming.

    no way to get enough heat with a heat gun. the best heat guns in the industry will get the surface temp to maybe 400 F. you want that bolt to about 700-900F
