2006 Hurricane Fundeck fencing paint fencing color

Boat manufacturers don't keep or disperse information like car manufacturers. There are little to no manuals, schematics, paint codes, or parts lists. Are you sure those squares aren't rotten or soft? Those washers are a pretty good indicator because the wood would have to be soft to pull them in like that.

Bimini Top Hold Down Bracket is loose, need fix

It could also be studs in T nuts in the back of the cushion. I very much agree. Cutting a 3 inch access hole behind the cushion won't do anything. Ouch, luckily I've never been claustrophobic.

Bimini Top Hold Down Bracket is loose, need fix

I run into stuff like that all the time. Boats aren't made with repairs in mind. All of that hardware was installed while the cap was lifted up and easy to get to. You might just have to have a second person hold the screw whilr you cram yourself in there to get to the nuts.

How much deflection is normal in Fiberglass Deck

Hey, I took it in stride, no offence here. I know my shortcomings, and calling witchcraft was a joke based on them.

Does it include repainting? Also, another member recently had some trouble with this same situation. Give this thread a look, and ask your welder how he will avoid this. https://www.iboats.com/threads/aluminum-transom-has-had-heat-distortion.781312/

The cobalt left Friday. Next are a couple of semi fenders and rear bumper (?). Just sand and paint, fixing some minor stuff. These are right out of the molds.

That makes my brain hurt just looking at it. I barely passed high school math.

    EVA Form

It can bend a bit, but isn't as flexible as carpet. I wouldn't try to wrap a lid with it. I would expect it to start peeling away from those corners pretty quick.

How much deflection is normal in Fiberglass Deck

I was hoping it would be a removable panel, but in that picture it looks like solid floor. What about just cutting it out and putting another deck plate there?

They're tight because the threads are usually not straight, they're spread open just a bit. I run into that with old and new. It'll just get scraped off as you push the bolt in and make a bigger mess. What's a good cleaner for fresh 5200? Acetone? I use wax and grease remover when cleaning up...
