    You will probably have to figure out the flow of cooling water and take water to the water heater from a fairly hot side (under pressure), and give back to a colder side (under suction). The recirculating pump is good for this, so I would be looking there first.

    I would do the inspection thing, because in fresh water the exhaust should last forever. Brackish might get you some deterioration.

    FWIW - I usually reduce the size of my pic to around 1024 x 768 give or take. The size usually is about 250 - 500 KB.

    Bolts are done . . . I got the longer bolts and finished off the bolts . . I had 'AI' show as all painted white . . . . . Looks OK. Next steps are the scarf joints on the outside.
