    Can't seem to find this white plug with L-opening and ribbed joiner(?) on any parts diagram. The center is open as if its supposed to have fluid go down/through it. Looks like it should have a fluid line attached but I can't find one hanging down...? Ins Any thoughts? Thanks!

    Question about above for V.P outdriver. Should the JB wield perhaps go on top of a first layer of primer as the primer is corrosion prevention? If so, would it (or marine tek) stick well to a primer? like self etching primer CDN tire or alodine? Also, Zinc chromate primer is no longer available...

    Thanks, I will look. Both zincs are there although one is aparantly magnesium (amazon purchase). Freshwater only, stored in lake then trailer through winter. Bad corrosion all around transom. Has anyone tried marine-tek below the waterline?

    Serious problem. Corrosion has compromised the seal of my (in the water behind the transom) SX-A outdrive trim motor. Bought the $2400 replacement trim motor and when replacing, discovered that corrosion compromised the seal (eaten away the metal) so water got in trim motor and killed it! Need...
