    is this how you set the points..?? . .020 is at the high point of the cam not the 2 bar markings see video. points must just open at the markings then Ithink you will have to look elsewhere

    did you open up the vent on the fuel tank... try torun with the cap off see if it helps. if yes fix/open the vent the carb is the grand child of older carb found all over the OMC world it was run dry before storage but it surely needs a good clean . top needle is the low speed...

    Great ! thanks for the feedback but.....it looks like you have an intermittent issue to find . You should spend a bit more time searching because "connnections look good" may comme back to haunt you 5 miles out :-( recheck everything, open up all junction points and clean up all metal...

    if you 12v IN and fuse is ok follow the fuse OUT ...side it must reach the selenoid post to energize it so follow the wire to a start switch then back to the engine where you may have a safety interrupt (neutral safety or in gear safety.) anything wrong along the way will...

    fuse seem good. try another fuse or test it for continuity one leg of the fuse should have 12 volts if not backtrace that wire to the +12v source

    grenn blue drives the t&T by simply reversing polarity under relaycontrol relays need battery +12 &grd and therest are control wires to the up down switch to flip polarity to the T&T motor

    put 2 gyproc srcews on a wood board 3/8 inch appart (top rims) ...easy as pie :) wire one to the engine block wire the other to the plug boot clip see if the spark jumps across. :-) report back !!

    the rear pulse hole of the pump exposes the diaphragm to the fuel-oil mixture routed to the cylinder ports so it is normal to see it " wet " the inner surface is of course handling the fuel and pushes it to the carb with check valving ...so both surface are ...wet the important issue...

    what you ear are the up and down relays likely. The selenoid needs the key to be energized. T&T should operate up and down from the cowl buttons. Dealers have keys... the switch face may have small numbers printed ex:74 identyfying which key you need
