    cool fuel III interesting trouble

I honestly think your the smartest guy here, but if the average boater wants easy winterization yank the single point out by the roots and go back to 7 point If you have a Gen 3 cool fuel and want to do easy fix prior to yaking the whole thing out, install a 10 mic canister filter prior to the...

    V/P osxi-G 5.7 lack or power and 1 beep every 5-7 seconds

One or more of the sensors is not reading correctly. You will most likely need a scanner to get close. Can take a voltmeter and measure the 5V supply on the MAP or TPS to see if it's exactly 5V

    Repair of door latch

Why not? Would use just enough (not the whole can) to let say hold a 3/16 piece of aluminum flat stuck in place, so it can be drilled and tapped

    Repair of door latch

Made a mistake, need to cut down not up Can see that without the plate installed the latch is on the very bottom of the hole. Yall gave me an idea based on your input. Cut the hole to right side, make a couple backer plates (top and bottom). Use some stuff-it foam, once hard cut foam so latch...

    cupped prop question

And I'll go back to my original thought, that your within 200 rpm of max now what makes you think that if you get the extra 200 rpm at WOT will gain you anything at lower rpm with more weight?

    cupped prop question

(making number up) So if you have 9 people on the toon and it's getting 2.5 MPG at 5500 rpm that is not relevant because you want to turn 6000 even if your getting 1.5 MPG There is a guy here on our lake with a 26 ft tri-toon with twin 450R's Don't know of a go fast on the lake that can catch him

    Repair of door latch

Suggestions on how to repair the latch hole? Yes this is my Craparral where looks like they used a drill bit to cut the hole instead of a jig. Anyway the chrome latch piece is to low but raising it any means there is no place to screw in bottom screw @MikeSchinlaub

    cupped prop question

There is always a give take between max RPM achievable and max RPM performance increase. Gaining that last 200 RPM may not gain any speed because of the Torque curve. Max Torque starts to fall off as RPM increases past the Torque peek
