    Thank you. It is actually a friends boat and it was cylinder 6. He has used it all summer and it just started acting up over 4th of July weekend so I don’t think it’s freeze damage.

    Do crownline boats have a delay switch for the alarm? (Doesn’t power it up for say 60 seconds) So when you turn the key on the oil sensor doesn’t automatically go off because it has no oil pressure until the engine is running?

    I don’t believe it’s getting hot. And we haven’t checked the timing yet. I was just wondering if a timing issue could cause this or would timing cause it to more run rough/not run from the start? Also what do you mean by “dwell”?
