    Install Cleat - No Access Underneath.

    Just bought a 2004 Glastron bowrider 157 MX. There is no cleat on the bow. I would like to install one but I have no access underneath. (see pic). Had a bowrider many years ago and used this cleat for the anchor. Any ideas? What other cleat would be best used forthe anchor?
