    Yup, looks like someone that shouldn't own tool over tightened them. And to answer your other question, no, you can't run on just one idle screw. Before doing too much on that carb, suggest you start reading and gaining some knowledge on how a carb works.

    Check around your tiller arm (steering arm) and see if there is any sign of water / rust / maybe sediments from evaporated water. If there is, is is not uncommon for that seal to be bad on the steering pin, and the leak will find it's way down

    There has to be something in the setup of the nav page that differs from the other pages. Did you do any software updates on the echomap? When new, my Garmin UHD 74SV displayed a couple of odd things until after the software update(s). Maybe contact Garmin and ask them.

    Grab an aluminum small block oil pan from Jegs, Summit or ebay. Just verify year (rear main seal type) and where the dipstick enters. Can use a steel one, but will likely rust again.
