Yea, ya mixed the resin too hot, outside temps play tricks with the resins, and I think you should only glass with weather in the 80's... But you need to be sure the resin works its way all the way thru the cloth and you should precoat your "sub floor" before you lay the glass and when it starts to get tacky apply the glass and wet out, but remember more resin doesnt make it stronger actualy the opposite is true, you only need a good wet out, soaked thru transparent like...

Oh, and where did you get your resin and glass from? If you got it from hd,lowes, or wally world, its probably "waxed" resin and isnt the best for your application, and will require adjustments on your layup schedule... Some pros would say dont use the box stores resin for anything structural... Us composites is the prefered retailer for all things fiberglass around these parts...
