Re: 1960 14' Seaking
Trailer day. 21 oustide and sunny outside. 68 degrees in the garage

Heres's the beast early this AM
I took a course twisted wire cone wheel to it in a 1/2hp grinder for about 4 hours. Hammered out some odd dents and twists in the fenders. I found the original load tag when stripping it down. Its also a 1960 Seaking trailer, rated for 1540 lbs!

Should cover this boat, motor, and about any sort of gear you could ever image, don't you think? The trailer is actually a tilt-bed type, but the orginal pin was replaced with a 5/8 bolt somewhere along the line.
Primed with two coats of Rustoleum (two colors, just using up what I had in the cabinet
Letting this dry for the afternoon and hope to start top coats later in the day.
Plan to leave the running gear black and high-gloss white the rest of the frame. I have a new center roller for the back, and it needs a new bow pad for the winch.
