Perhaps you could use that pump to power your table? (Avatar)
Kind of a jet powered table thing.
Kidding aside your project is going great and when I start mine you can tease me all you want.

Azlo you could always fill the boat half full 'o water and pull up along side of your 'buddies' on here and let them have it. Kind of a "fire hydrant" moment.:D Wonder how long it takes to fill the inside of a car:confused:

That thing flat out works!!!,..

Now if I can ask one stupid question??

I have never owned an inboard, Will there be any issues with engine or exhaust heat that may cause problems with the plastic???

I don't know Azlo, if it were me I think I'd put at least one if not two more of those pumps in, you'd hate to be caught short on pump capacity  Stick another off the other side and put 45's on the ends, rooster tails sitting still :D

Nice install work !

Its "joses machine shop" LM. SUpposely 15 years open. I dont know if u remember Branchs on Carroll st. well he came from there. I did some searching on this lock N stitch and imgetting good vibes, supposely is one of the best ways to fix cracks. The only thing didnt see was the coating of ceramic that Jose told me he would add for extra protection and sealant.

Have you got your block back yet? How did the repair turn out? I recently found a crack in my block. I am interested in this repair.

Man, sorry to hear that LM. The block is still in the shop. I was waiting for the cam bearings to arrive by mail so I can take them to them. But I already looked at it and it looks as if it was nothing there, just wire brushed. Before i could see the crack though. Every shop talks good about the lock and stitch method. I am very ancious to get my block back though. WIll post pics soon, maybe next week. I definittely let u know if I see anything wrong with it.

Being tax season people are going crazy buying and spending wich creates longer working hours for me. But i had some time to catch up on my pump switches and brackets.
I fabricated, or at least I attempted, a bracket for my 800 gph pump. Yeah I know, dont laugh.

Its times like this that I wish i had an aluminum welder. I went ahead matched the plumbing, but this time I used an o-ring from pvc elbow to pump. Fits great & its air tight. Will see how it tests out.

Finally installed pump and switches at the right levels.

Plumbing matches and its looking good. Now i need to wire up pumps to power.
