Re: 1977 Searay

the ones pictured above aren't quite right tho... those are designed to screw to the inside of the gunwale... the ones you need won't have the two screw holes

Yea your right those are different I was trying to find a pic of the exact mount i used but this site only had the attwood ones and mine were Taylor Made. Mine looked the same but has rivits and just slid in the tracks.

Yea the tracks have that type of setup but even for the $16.95 a pair I'm going to order new ones. So in question how would I know what size Bimini to put on it. What measurements do I need to take besides height that's obvious to do what suits you? I will defiantly go with height of at least 74" or slight higher.

height width and length... width will be a range EX 84-96"

they are available in 2, 3, or 4, bow design... for a big one 4 bows are better

You mentioned trim tabs....something I added to both my 20 & 26' was a vacuum guage and adjusted my trim and speed to the highest vacuum reading to get best gph, for the cost and time I felt it was worth the $$.
Good luck and enjoy, Slipshot

What do you mean by 2,3 or 4, bow design? What's the difference between the bow designs?

Got it I think I figured the Bimini top thing out. Now to find one that will fit. Might even trailer boat to a shop that specializes in custom tops to receive a quote.
