Thanks! Im trying to get everything done by the 27th. Have an official fishing trip Im trying to bring some family out on.
I havent read anything regarding the fiberglass cloth although I have seen others do this. Are you saying the epoxy will crack or the wood? The factory transom isnt even sealed to begin with so I figured just a good epoxy seal and a few coats of paint would have been just fine. . If I really need to do that Ill have to wait until this winter unfortunately, Im pretty much out of time at this point but I will be sure to look into that thank you for the heads up.
And the foam the wife was more concerned than I was. Im more concerned with distribution of things like the livewell and gas tank,etc to make sure she sits level in the water. Dont want too much weight in one place thats why I want to get her in the water before I bolt everything down. Rather not find out the hard way the front is too low seeing I have no problem going out in some rough waters for eyes =D
