Here at the lake now, just logged the first hour on the new motor.

Everything appears to be working correctly thus far. Fast idle at 1800 is already a couple of knots faster than my old motor with the same prop (15×19R).

Since this motor came with an alarm wire, I went ahead and added a Garmin fuel flow meter, exhaust temp sensor, and engine room temp sensor instead of just pulling one wire.

I brought oil change stuff, so I get to cruise around and jam out for a while.
