So I am assuming you mean its leaking in those lil gaps in the picture? (still learning here!)

yes, i did a leak test and found some coming from that center rib thru a weep hole but it runs the lenght of the boat. after flipping and stripping the paint i saw that gap. and drilled it out, apllied 5200 and sucked down with some ss bolts. hope that cures it

i like the way i can get it in the tiny spots and of course it flows and i use less gluvits and it's alot more neat.

i plan on another coat

I'm using gluvit on the inside and the 8 mil thick, roll on, water based, Ultra Tuff marine product on the outside.

i started to prime, did not take any pics yet, cause who wants to see paint dry. any way rattle cans are not good to me!!! i'm sure i'm going too heavy probably take 10 cans to do the prime. how many did you guys use?

Rattle cans are my mortal enemy. Anything I paint with them comes out horrible. That said, I got my entire transom and splashwell done with not quite a whole can of etching primer.

ok lets see EZ's 18 ft less than 1 can my boat is 3 ft longer and 4 cans hasn't done 1 side sounds good to me
