2010 Suzuki DF225TXX Chart Help

Good evening,
I had posted some questions regarding a cracked pinion gear and have decided to purchase the gear set. New question: Attached is a list that shows shims for this engine on an on-line parts list for this particular engine. I will need to replace shim #7 that rides on the top of the pinion gear and not sure how I'm reading this (7.5, 7.6, 7.5...). I believe that the shim in the unit was destroyed and need to select a replacement. How do I go about selecting the correct one with a new gear set? Of course I'd appreciate your help with this.
My unit code is: 1SZF07373A
The gear set is: 57300-93841 (I believe)

Please let me know if any other info is needed.

The thickness of the shims is determined at assembly.

You install the gears then select the appropriate shim(s) to met the backlash specification.

Are you not seeing in your service manual how to go about selecting the pinion gear shim and how to test for backlash?
