Re: '78 Ebko Lebaron - Therapy
Good Day Gentlemen, I'm psyched about this, first off dibs to you Trooper82 I wholeheartedly agree with everyone, "fantastic job you are doing". I've got myself a restore project in my garage, I've got the tank out and am looking over the situation to see the project I'm in store for and I've got myself a trooper82 restore to go. I've read your whole thread starting last night got up early and finished it today and am glad to have this site as many of you are. I'll be uploading some pictures of my tri-haul and any advice will be greatly appreciated. Have a good day folks.
Thanks Berg, I'm honored....really. I am just like many folks on here. Started a search on the 'net looking for advice on where to start. Having never done anything like this I needed a place to begin. The iBoats Dry dock is the best place I could have ended up, by far, in my opinion. Great goup of fellow boaters willing to lend experience and a watchful eye. Learn, have fun, be safe. Not necessarily in that order
If you have read my thread, you know that I am having a blast working on this project. It gets tough at times, not having somewhere indoors to work. Not always having the right tools for the job, but I have lived my life knowing there is always a way to overcome such obstacles. other iBoaters will keep you on track too, when times get tough.
Being safe, not just for yourself, but being considrate of others around you is very important in my book, as well as the rest of the iBoats folks. I won't get into specifics here, but the sticky's have info on safety.
There is way more information to learn in these forums than anyone could possibly do in a lifetime. I have found the search function to be most helpful. There is even a search by thread feature that helps alot.
Again Welcome to the Dry Dock. I look forward to following your thread.
