FORT WORTH - A man arrested Wednesday in a drug raid that netted more than 500 pounds of marijuana bonded out of jail early Thursday.
Oscar Robles, 29, was taken into custody during a raid at his home in the 6000 block of Longmont Trail in far northwest Fort Worth. Tarrant County sheriff?s deputies began investigating Mr. Robles after receiving an anonymous tip, said sheriff?s spokesman Terry Grisham. Authorities also seized more than $50,000 in cash from the house, Mr. Grisham said.
Mr. Robles was released around 4 a.m. Thursday after posting a $25,000 bond. He is facing charges of marijuana possession and probation violation.
Mr. Robles has a conviction for assault with bodily injury.
Three young children were found in the home and placed in CPS custody.
