OOOOHHH BOY!!! KAAAAAA-BOOOOOM! went the motor. 5.8 hours of break in then seized up solid 10 minutes into her maiden voyage. I will post a few pictures when I get this upgrade figured out. I pulled the motor and broke it down. Here is the verdict, cylinder 5 was the problem. The rist pins are press and fit. Somehow the pin slide to one slide leaving only one ear on the piston connected. I'm sure you can imagine the rest. But if you can't here are a few detailed pictures. LOL!

It was tempting but this motor is a freebee. My builder is local honest and well known. He quoted me an extra $1200 to build a stroker. I decided to stay stock due to the lack of boating funds left over for the year. I don't want to cut into my fuel and general maintenance jar that is buried under my beer fridge.
