OK guys got an interesting one for ya on my E75TLCRD
Carbs have been properly cleaned and rebuilt, link & sync done and we still have the same problem.
The lever on the solenoid is in the run position, on cold days (under 50 degrees F) the motor is a pain to start unless I trim the lever down about 1/8th of an inch. I removed the solenoid and tested it and it tests out good as far as the electronic specs.
On days above 50 she starts just fine without any problems, about the only thing I can think of is that there is a possibility of a cracked O ring inside the solenoid that when it gets cool enough it contracts enough to allow fuel to dump into the motor when not needed.
Or the lever on the solenoid may be just a bit off.
Any ideas........Joe, Boobie, F_R, Silvertip.....I know you are lingering out there somewhere.
