Re: Good Boat names

been trying to come up with a name for my boat. got all sorts in mind, but nothing seems to fit her. but i thought there was a rule to boat names, that it had to be a female name?

Most people think of boats as female, however there is always an exception to every rule! :)

You can get away with naming it after your Ex-Wife and not upset the current wife if you name it "Sea Hag"! :D

I was not sure which Her You were talking about. Here's a couple of pictures of both of Them.

It's GREAT having a Wife and Mistress that get along. The Mistress is a 1988 Bayliner Capri 19' I met her in may 2012 she was being ignored in a Freinds backyard and I just had to bring Her Home with Me.

I put in a New Floor covered in fiberglass,New Carpet,Bilge Pump,Stereo,Fixed the Holes in the Gas Tank and Replaced the Ignition Trigger,CD packs,Water Pump,Lower unit Oil,T&T Valve Body & Carbs.

Every time I'm out with Her My Wife is there also,

She takes over the controls any time She can and Loves it.

My Wife I met in August 1976 and We Married in July 1978 and Loving it. 36 Years Later, The rest is History and it's been FUN.

lmfaooo,...

It's not that good. I don't waste time fishing. I want fish I buy it. When I take My Boat out I won't park it in the lake and set for hours, likewise I don't take My Car out to park in the street and set for hours.

Re: Good Boat names

My first boat (1986 Sea Ray Seville 210MC) we named "Knot So Fast" just because I liked the name. My current boat was such a PITA to hammer out a deal on that in one night of frustration I said we should name the next one Knot easy, My 9yo daughter said how about Knot So Easy??? - It stuck, We ended up with the boat and named it "Knot So Easy"

I always seem to be "Draggin Freeloaders" (my kids) or eating "Soggy Chips" cause of them so haven't decided which one... but will be one of them..

Re: Good Boat names

My last boat, an Ebbtide Dynatrak fish n ski (16.5'), 1982' was a tan/brownish color. Although I never wrote it on the boat, my son and I affectionately referred to her as "The Brown Floater". Still do even though she's gone and we laugh.
My new boat ('88 CC Amerosport 284), I've named "Escape Plan". Born out of political frustration after the most recent election but also if anyone is looking for on the weekend, I'm working on my Escape Plan..
