No serious work for the last two days, I have been babysitting my niece. Working with one toddler in the shop is tough working with two well now that is just insane.

I did sneak away long enough to put the bow trim on.



I got started on the port windshield as well.






I snuck away and bought another boat too.

Ohhh don't get all worked up. $200 and it came with a 1 year old trolling motor and a brand new group 27 deep cycle battery.

Its gonna be a father's day and birthday present for my dad. Black on the outside grey on the inside, New benches stained like flipper. Transom and Gluvit I think I may be able to pull this one off in 8 months or so.

No trailer not really needed as it will fit on my utility trailer I will tow it to our camper once and that is where she is gonna live permanantly.


Anyways on to the fun stuff.

Notice the pre splash check list.


Down to test fire the motor and mount the controls. :laugh:

Starter seeems to be turning slow when cranking with all plugs in I ordered a rebuild kit it should be here tomorrow or thursday.

Both windshields are mounted.



I am just going to use wire hangers for the trailer lights no way I can get them through the frame. Starter rebuild thursday.

Minor detail wrap up tomorrow.

Still hoping for splash this weekend.

Keeping my fingers crossed for a successful fire up!

Hey you can fish that wire through the trailer tubes real easy. Use some kite string and a cotton ball, start at the tongue with the cotton ball and go to the end of the trailer tube with your shop vac and suck it through. Then tie/tape off the wiring and mouse it through the tubes. Easy peasy! :thumb:

Looks great, I don't know your market, but IMO, you're under priced by at least $500.... Although priced low to sell fast is certainly a valid pricing strategy.
