Re: HOA Boat Storage Rules
The BEST thing the HOA does/is ....we own land, lots of acres surrounding the community. This is why it's created. We are the owners of that land, and our dues pay for taking care of it, mowing, etc. some of it's wooded.
If it was owned by Twp, or privately, it could be sold and built on. What's that do for housing values to go from a private wooded backyard, to a row of townhouses or a road ?
The moron homeowners don't get that fact....mostly housewives sitting at home with nothing to do all day. If they'd just call me, I'd fill their afternoons up.
To the OP,
Simply call the President and ask him about a fence. Your HOA may have a rule about fences type/ height/look, etc.
If you don't like the rules DON'T BUY A HOUSE THERE. It's the morons constantly compaign after they new upfront. And Plasma George? If people you know LIKE those rules, well, you hang out with the wrong kind of people. People who like to go to HOA meetings.
