Hot water tank?

The liquid to liquid hoses were disconnected. one of the barbs is broken off the tank. Can I use an easyout and just buy a new fitting? Then I will have hot water both ways? The fitting shouldn't be molded to the tank. The others are threaded holes that fittings screw into.

It looks like the fittings ARE molded to the tank. In that case I might need a new tank

ALL FIXED. I took it all apart and connected a hose to the broken part and put in a reducing coupler and now it's allset.....
