Ya know... There actually is a way that we can make a book or CD out of this thread... Amazon has a couple of "Amazon Group" companies - "CreateSpace" and "BookSurge". (CreateSpace seems to be the most flexible.)

In the case of CreateSpace, they offer "just in time publishing" which means that they produce and ship on demand. Total cost would be around $10 per item.

The other option might be that someone go through this entire thread and index it and then post the index... Reluctantly, I can volunteer for that...

i may do the cd thing....it would be well worth it to have all the stuff on a cd and keep it safe in the boat....

as far as the index........i allready added it.......i just edited it into the first page.......so if someone is looking for somthing....they just click the first page and the index comes up.......as well if they hover their cursor over the link in the forum...they can read a new greeting, and find the index....

took me 7 hrs......so i can see the "reluctantly".....comment...

i would have just bought another boat but i love this one....so in the spirit of american choppers its gettin a theme style re build...im gonna keep the theme of the vessel under my hat.....its really cool....ya''ll gonna love it when its done....i am hoping for a may launch....the project was offically started on dec 6 th 2007

hmmmmmmmm......b days a few days apart....projects a few days apart.....hmmmmm

we built the crane on dec 24..(i statrtedd the rip and strip on the 6th i think)....the anniversary is comin up soon......i wanna see the water right away.....but i dont know how that is gonna happen right now.....the guy with the t plate jig is in the hosp.....i could just cut the durn hole and drop the motor and drive in and go boating !.

but as it stands.....i just temp tarped it.

OOOHHHHH MAN Buddie is she going to hit the water this year ??? didnt you say the hole on the frist drive is smaller then the other ??? man i so want to see her go VROOOOOMMMMMM !!!! how far is that place for the 300 a month ??? John

last sunday i got a work crew and we cleaned the shop

it was a lot messyer than that.........this pic was taken a few monthe ago.....right after the float.

2 dump runs.....2 tool runs.....(take the tools to my whse) and a final load the boat full......

heh heh heh when we finally hosed the bay down.....there was some over spray on the floor....(gellcoat) i would have grinded it off.....but it made for a good non slip on the cement floor

people were givin me looks and thumbs up when i was moving it

i gotta admit....im goin nuts not being able to work on it.....kinda like with drawals !

i really want to hit the water this year.....it was supposed to be the 15th (nov) but i gotta get the hole for the drive cut......i got a guy with a jig (from vector boats) but he got hospitalised on friday....we were gonna cut the hole on sat (last) after work!

i still think i can make the water this year.......the drive holes are basically the same......there are some nuances....but minor.....


the place i live at.....has a bridge connecting the east (major kelowna) and the west sides......its on the west side some 30 mins away....not bad....but the cops can get really bad on the bridge......all i need is to be a half a soda pop over the limit and im toast......and you know how beer and boat building go togeather.

ive got lots of calls in to people with shops......so well see what happens.....i dont expect to be out of commission for too long......(hope)
