Re: I absolutly cant beleive it!!!

Hey LubeDude
The first part is a email to a friend on what I had found at that time. You will notice in my email to him at the time I wasnt going to post it.
How ever now I have some facts/results I'm going to include part of my email to him as I think people following this will want to know.

EMAIL to friend before fishing trip
-------------------------------------
Heya ******
6-02-04
Snake Oil :) Oh I mean GTA!
The only vehicle I've tried it on so far is the 95 Aerostarr van and I'd love to give amazing results but so far it has only been driven in town. (No freeway or speeds over 35 mph) I'm not going to post until I have cold hard facts. Between you and me though here is what I've noticed.
When I added the GTA for a 21 gallon tank it was 1/2 empty. It was a hour or so later when I went to fill it up. By the time I got to the station (1/2 mile away) it was running ruff at idol, and it never does that! But I figured it was because I had twice the amount of GTA in it before filling. After filling it was running fine again.
The first day or two nothing changed
This is Saturday the 29th of May

I have taken the same right hand turn on the main road several times a day for the last 19 years and for the last 9 years with the van.. I know exactly when and where it is going shift, whats its going to feel like and what it is going to sound like. On the third day with about 40 miles of driving after the fill up I (As usual decieded that I wanted to go up to the cafe) for some coffee. Turned onto the main road and it didn't shift for 2 to 3 seconds after when it should have. The engine ofcourse turned higher rpms because of the extra seconds and when it did shift there was no lag when shifting and it just kept right on gaing speed until I backed off at 35 mph. (Acted like I was trying to get to 35mph real fast or faster than normal)

Well ****** I figured that maybe I had held the gas pedal down farther ... so a 1/2 mile down the street I turned around and drove back to the house and did it again really watching my actions. Nope I wasn't doing anything different than I have for the last nine years with the van and again it acted the same way the second time.
Later that evening we were going over to my mother in laws and I needed to hit the gas a little to get onto a busy street. Once again I gave it enough gas to do what I wanted it to do, Whoa! I said, and the wife asked me why I said that. I explained that I had only given it enough as I always do and it just took off. She said she had wondered why I had gunned it so hard. Asked me if I thought it was the stuff I added. I said I'd like to think so but for now it was mostly Wishfull Thinking.

She said she couldnt feel any difference in town driving but would be able to tell by the sound of the motor when we go to Seaside Oregon on the 18th of this month.

NOTE 1: I've had to back off the gas a little with normal driving to keep my driveing habits the same for mileage tests.
NOTE 2: The URGE to just want to Nail the Van on take off is sooo Great! See Note 1: :)
06-03-04
First time over 35mph! Had to get on the freeway for about 2 miles today. Same as the right hand turn. Gave it the same ammount of gas to be at 60 mph when merging at the end of the on ramp. 3/4 of the way down the ramp I was already at 60 mph! And again it was like I was trying get to up to speed real quick.
But I have no black and white proof so I wont post this. However next week I'm taking the truck on a 400 mile trip towing a boat and we will see what happens. (diesel) and later this weekend I'm going to try it with the weed eater.. LubeDude doesnt think Ill see a difference but I think I will. Also before taking off on camping trip I will fill up the van and check mileage and keep you informed

TTYL Link
-------------------------------------------
Black and White facts

We wound up only taking my fishing partners truck and boat and just rented a cabin instead of taking the RV also. He has a on board computer that gives him his mileage. It always reads between 8.5 and 9.5 MPG when towing his boat (past 5 years)
1999 3/4 Dodge 4X4 Automatic (Gas)

By the time we had went 80 miles of freeway driving it was 10.2 - 10.5 MPG

Now this is the part we found hard to believe!

After leaving the freeway we had another 30 miles to drive up into the mountains, and the mileage continued to increase!

By the time we got to my home town we were getting 10.8 to 11.2 MPG! Once it got to 11.3 but that was only for about a 1/2 mile so we did not count it.

Boat (Little 4 banger merc I/O)
First day nothing...
Second day with GTA it was running 100 RPM faster which wasnt good since we were fishing for CoHoe... Land Locked Salmon

Thats my report so far.
Will report later with facts...

Stringy, snotty looking stuff anit it!
YUP! My worst runny nose! :D :D

Awesome, one of the first things people that have quiet running vehicles notice is the throtle response difference. I really cant say too much on the product anymore, as I am now a distributor, but the stuff really does work. I really appreciate the testing you are doing as it reinforces my own beliefs of the product. May I use your tesimony?

I went on a drive farther than I intended to go this weekend with the Mazda RX/7. I needed to fill up on the way home, and I didnt have any of the product with me. About five miles down the road, I started to notice the old feeling. That was a good thing, as I wondered if I was experiencing the placebo effect. My wife also noticed the difference again. She said I had to put the "Stuff" in when we got home as she didnt like the way the car runs without it. It has increased the mileage in the car from 2-3 MPG. It deffinatly burns cleaner, as I allways had a brownish stain around the exhause tips on the bumper cover on the car, but that isnt an issue anymore.

Ive heard that sometimes computer controlled vehicles need a little time for the computer to adjust. I would liketo see immisions readings before and after with the product.
--------------------------
Re: I absolutly cant beleive it!!!

Its really too funny. The friend of mine that turned me on to this "Stuff", carries a case of it around with him in his car, he is allways stopping and talking to people and dumping some in peoples cars for free and giving them a card, he has people stopping in and calling him all the time wanting more, he has a hard time keeping it in stock. Now I find myself doing it. I bought a bunch of 2 Oz. bottles on Ebay and filled them with it and have been giving them away latly also. I guess I like talking to people so it is mostly just fun for me. But the fact is, that it works.

Hey, Id send you a bottle, but I think that would be "Solicitation" and I think Im walking a fine line anyway!
-------------------------
Will be a good check with the van.

I need to find someone with a GPS to make sure we dont get lost! :D

I know, if Jr. is using it you'd think he would have it plastered all over his car advertising it. Do ya' think? Can you imagine the benifits there?

By Boss just used some this weekend in his new diesel Excursion, he said it made it run a little quieter. Didnt check the mileage yet.

Ok, Email me and Ill send you some.

LD...I would like to think there is something to this GTA fuel inhancer because the benefits would be monumental...so I sent the link you supplied to a chemical engineer friend to evaluate...he would know more what they are talking than I, cause not much on that site seems to make much sense. He may even try some, ya never know...

This has been done once allready that I know of by another person on this forum, at least he used to hang out here. His reply was, " There dosnt seem to be anything in it that would cause harm, go ahead and try it and see if it actually does anything". He did and used it in his outboard and said it made the engine idle better and he is still using it.

You wouldnt believe how many Emails I get from people here on the forum wanting to try it, but dont really want anyone here knowing about it, Its quite fenominal how much curiosity I have sparked with this post. Cant wait for Link to get back from his trip.

Because of shipping expences, Its better if you order it from the GTA site, Not to mention I do not want to be in trouble with IBoats now that I am a Disributor and all. (Unless you are somewhat local.

Re: I absolutly cant beleive it!!!

Another Snake oil report.. errr GTA report

OK people (your included LubeDude) :D
I reported on the power performance on my van or throttle response as LubeDude said.
Can't prove it but it is true.

Then I reported the MPG increase on our fishing trip pulling the boat. And on the boats performance. And that the rpms went up by 100
The tach and MPG I call Black and White proof. Something that can be recorded.

My normal MPG are:
In Town 16.5 to 17.0 or 17.1 average 16.8
Highway 16.9 to 18.1 or 18.2 average 18.0
These are not percise but just looked through my log book since Nov 1995 and it doesnt tell me when I was pulling boats or trailers etc.

Now this is important
The MPG is going be lower than normal because I had loaned my van to my fishing partner for a week and he filled it up from empty with cheap A$$'d low octane gas.

05-28-04
Went through 1/2 tank of cheap gas with motor pinging at take off at stop light.. (162 miles) 16.38 MPG and added GTA.

06-06-04
Burned the last of the cheap gas (195.00 miles) and added more GTA.
MPG 16.2 ACK! Won't worrey about it.

06-16-04
My first tank of real gas (122.3 miles) and GTA
MPG 14.9 ACK..ACK...ACK..
At this point I dont care about GTA !!! I'm just worried about what might be wrong as I've never been below 16 MPG before.

And again at this point I went back to this post by LubeDude and read it again and then went back to GTA's Website and read their articles.
So somewhat calmed downed I decieded to not worry about 2 miles per gallon.
haha LOL yup I was worried..

Friday
06-18-04
208 miles to visit son.. all freeway driving.. from Lakewood WA to Salem OR. Including stop and go traffic from Vancouver WA through Portland OR 18.1 MPG! I'm a happy camper!

As said I'm back to 18 MPG so I'm happy.

But here is the real story
From Salem we took Hwy 22 to 101 to Seaside OR to LongBeach WA to hwy I5 then home. Ths is Up and Down driving with speeds of 55MPH and corners at 30MPH my wife and I figured our MPG should be 16-17 MPG..
TRY...
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
19.52 gallons per mile! I'll let LubeDude fill in what the roads are like from Salem back to Seaside and back to I5 on the Washington side of the Columbia river.. it's not freeway driving!

I have owned this stupid van since Nov of 1995 and even with straight highway driving have never got much over 18.2 MPG!

Now 177,959 miles later I'm getting 19.52 MPG! On back roads! I'm impressed!

LubeDude
I don't know your real name but you can use my "tesimony" for GTA as I can back it up now with facts and receipts.
And my two month old kit (kitten) sitting on my shoulder says its ok to use it to! :)

To all
I have nothing to gain by reporting my findings with this snake oil. But the slimmy, snotty stuff seems to work!
OK it does work.. 19.52 MPG! On back roads! My log book from November 1995 to 1998 when I was a sales rep (9000 miles a month) will back this up.
Never over 18.2 MPG

Questions can be addressed here or
Link Jackman
5245 Filbert LN SW
Lakewood WA 98499
253-582-6736
or
linkjackman1@msn.com

Now I have important stuff to do.. playing with my 4 kits and their mom.
:D :D

Re: I absolutly cant beleive it!!!

Thanks link for taking the time to do a thorough test and report of the product. Most would have noticed the drop in mileage and thown it in the nearest garbage can.

My intention for putting the post on in the first place was only to try and let people realize that there is in fact a fuel additive out there that actually works. Yes, I have become a distributor, but ask people to buy it from the web site if you are interested. My intentions have never been to sell anything here.

This product actually works even better in 2 cycle engines at twice the mix rate, 4 oz. per 15 Gallons. My Merc 150 thinks its a four stroke.

I now have the local Harley Mechanic using it, His reply was, " Sh*t, Now what am I going to do, I have been telling people for years not to use any additives at all and now I am using one"? I cant even believe I got him to try it at all in his new bike no less. He says it starts easier, and has slightly better all around performance.

One great thing about the product is that if you have been using premium fuel, you can drop to the next lower grade to offset the price of the GTA and get the same results. Jusr remmber to give your engine time to adjust.

Wew, Im not crazy after all!!

Interesting. Most interesting.

As far as I know, the product is not available in Europe so that puts it outta reach from here.

Did anybody ever make a Dyno test to get figues on performance with/without GTA?

A hp/torque chart should show some difference.

A Dyno test made properly certainly will count as evidence, too.

Re: I absolutly cant beleive it!!!

Ok LubeDude, what's the next step? I ran 4 0z of GTA, in 30 gal's of gas, for 458 seemingly smooth running miles and just did the mileage check. Running at the top end of my load range, with usual driving routine, I got 15.2 mpg which is at the top end of the range I normally experience. Is this the time to go for additional tanks trated with GTA or should I call the test complete? The current results are slightly positive but really inconclusive.
